Shipping Policy
We are an in person DIY pottery painting studio so we do not ship things. Your projects are ready for pick up 1-2 weeks after completion and firing. If you paint in the store but live outside the area, we can bill you for the actual amount that it costs to ship your painted projects.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on pottery unless it is defective (during the firing process).
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges and cancellations for classes and events as long as a 48 hour notice was given that you could not attend.
