Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email except for on products where a longer processing time is indicated. Once processed, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In order to provide you with the freshest and most fragrant aromatherapy goods and sensory tools, we create our products in small batches, and keep our stock levels at a minimum to avoid waste. We may have to create your order after it is placed, which could delay processing time. If this is the case, we will notify you via email.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 will include a shipping cost of $10.99.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

At this time we only ship domestically. Shipping times depend on your location. We are shipping from Michigan. You will receive a shipping tracking code via email or text (you have to opt in to receive a text when checking out) once your order has shipped.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
