Refunds

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If 10 days have passed, no refund or exchange will be accepted. Inspect your item(s) immediately upon receipt please. To be eligible for a return, the item:

1. was not a sale or discounted item.
2. is in the same condition that you received it
3. unworn & unused with tags on, in its original packaging. (tags missing will be considered used and will not be accepted)
4. Include a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase.
5. Email first sent to us as noted below, before shipping.

To start a return for refund, you can contact us via email at info@seamichigan.com.    In the email please state the order number and reason for return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4927 Olde Forest Drive, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49009. If your return is accepted and was originally eligible for free shipping, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, also at no charge for return shipping. Please note: For original orders that did not include free shipping, the original shipping cost paid to ship it to you will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item that you purchased two different sizes of the same item: A handling fee of $10 plus the return shipping cost, will be deducted from the refund amount. If the product is sent to us and not accepted for a refund or exchange, we will dispose of the product or at your own additional cost, ship it back to you. This is why it is critical that the product is in acceptable condition before sending it back to us, as noted above. Refund Processing We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm that the refund was approved.  The approved applicable refund will go to your original payment method within 7 business days. Damages and Other Issues Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately (and no later than 3 days after receiving the order), via email (info@seamichigan.com) if the item is defective, damaged in-transit, or if you received the wrong item.  We can then evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Include the order number and any applicable information please.
