Shipping Policy

Processing Time Every item from Harts & Crafts Shoppe is handcrafted in Kalamazoo, Michigan. • Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–5 business days. • Custom orders have longer processing times, which will be discussed before purchase. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Flat-rate shipping is available on most orders. Local pickup may be available for Kalamazoo-area customers. Please contact us before ordering if you’d like to arrange pickup. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

Refund Policy

Because each item is handmade, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Customer satisfaction is important, and I will work with you to find the best solution whenever possible.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred on my part. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Cancellation Policy Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun or an item has shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
