Because many of our products are made with natural ingredients, including beef tallow, they may be sensitive to changes in temperature. Shipping & Processing Orders are carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. Cole Crafted Creations is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Temperature-Sensitive Products Please be aware that we cannot control the temperature or conditions of shipping vehicles, sorting facilities, warehouses, mailboxes, porches, or other locations your package may encounter during transit or after delivery. Natural products such as beef tallow may soften, melt, become firm, or experience changes in texture or appearance when exposed to hot or cold temperatures. These changes are a natural characteristic of the product and do not necessarily affect its quality. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Cole Crafted Creations is not responsible for melting, freezing, texture changes, or other temperature-related changes that occur during shipping, transit, or after delivery. Customers assume the risk associated with ordering temperature-sensitive products during periods of extreme heat or cold. We recommend tracking your shipment and bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery, particularly during extreme temperatures. Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping and delivery times are outside of our control. Cole Crafted Creations is not responsible for carrier delays or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control. If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the appropriate next steps. Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy At Cole Crafted Creations, the quality, safety, and integrity of our handmade self-care products are extremely important to us. All Sales Are Final Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of our self-care products, all sales are final. For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our possession. This applies to both opened and unopened products, as we cannot verify how a product has been stored, handled, or maintained after purchase or delivery. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, scent preference, texture, or similar reasons. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items While we do not accept general returns or refunds, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Cole Crafted Creations as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order information and photos of the product and packaging when applicable. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund or replacement. Temperature changes can also affect certain products during shipping or storage. Order Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests; however, once an order has been processed, prepared for pickup, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
