KCT Menswear — Refunds, Returns & Exchanges If something is not right, we make it right. KCT Menswear has been taking care of Kalamazoo customers since 1983, and the same customer-first policy applies whether you bought from us in the downtown shop or online.

• Refunds: return within 10 days of delivery. We email you a KCT prepaid label; a $12 label fee plus 5% of the returned merchandise total is deducted after inspection.
• Exchanges: swap a size or style within 30 days of delivery. Exchange return shipping and standard replacement shipping are free.
• If we made the mistake: when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, we cover the prepaid label and waive the 5% restocking fee.
• Refund timing: 5–10 business days back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

So we can resell an item as new, fit- or preference-based returns must be unworn and unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and free of deodorant, makeup, cologne, smoke odor or pet hair. Returns that arrive used or missing tags may be declined. Some orders ship from the manufacturer — always send returns back to KCT Menswear, never to the manufacturer.
