At Taste of Heaven, we take pride in delivering fresh, delicious popcorn right to your door. Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.
Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our popcorn products, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Refunds or Replacements Are Available If:

You received the wrong item

Your order arrived damaged or significantly delayed

The product was spoiled or otherwise not up to quality standards
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at ino@drizzled.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

Refunds Are Not Available If:

You changed your mind after ordering

You provided the wrong shipping information

The product was not stored properly after delivery
Shipping Costs
In most cases, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.

At Taste of Heaven, your satisfaction matters to us! We work hard to make sure every bag of popcorn is fresh, tasty, and delivered with care. Please read our policy below for cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as we begin preparing your popcorn shortly after your order is placed.

To cancel, please email us immediately at info@drizzled.org with your order number.

After 1 hour, cancellations may not be possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
Returns
Because our popcorn is made fresh and is perishable, we do not accept returns.
However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer an exchange or replacement if:

You received the wrong flavor or item

Your order arrived damaged

The popcorn was spoiled or stale upon arrival
To request an exchange, contact us at info@drizzled.org with:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exceptions
We are not able to offer exchanges or refunds in the following cases:

You changed your mind after receiving the order

You disliked the flavor or texture (taste is subjective!)

The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete

The product was not stored properly after delivery
