Shipping Policy

KCT Menswear — Shipping & Free Local Pickup in Kalamazoo Every order from KCT Menswear ships free, with no minimum purchase. We are a locally owned menswear store at 213 S Kalamazoo Mall in downtown Kalamazoo, fitting Southwest Michigan for suits, tuxedos and formalwear since 1983.
  • Standard – FREE: 5–7 business days, tracking included.
  • Express – $30: 2–3 business days with priority handling.
  • International – $40: 7–14 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Processing times: in-stock items 1–2 business days; made-to-order items 2–3 weeks; custom tailored items 3–4 weeks. Free local pickup is usually ready within 24 hours at either Michigan store:
  • Downtown Kalamazoo — 213 S Kalamazoo Mall, Kalamazoo, MI 49007. Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 10am–3pm, closed Sunday.
  • Crossroads Mall — 6650 S Westnedge Ave, Portage, MI 49024. Mon–Wed 11am–7pm, Thu–Sat 11am–8pm, Sun 12pm–6pm.

Refund Policy

KCT Menswear — Refunds, Returns & Exchanges If something is not right, we make it right. KCT Menswear has been taking care of Kalamazoo customers since 1983, and the same customer-first policy applies whether you bought from us in the downtown shop or online.
  • Refunds: return within 10 days of delivery. We email you a KCT prepaid label; a $12 label fee plus 5% of the returned merchandise total is deducted after inspection.
  • Exchanges: swap a size or style within 30 days of delivery. Exchange return shipping and standard replacement shipping are free.
  • If we made the mistake: when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, we cover the prepaid label and waive the 5% restocking fee.
  • Refund timing: 5–10 business days back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
So we can resell an item as new, fit- or preference-based returns must be unworn and unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and free of deodorant, makeup, cologne, smoke odor or pet hair. Returns that arrive used or missing tags may be declined. Some orders ship from the manufacturer — always send returns back to KCT Menswear, never to the manufacturer. Product-specific rules for dress shirts, dress shoes, tuxedos and suits, bundle packages, boys’ formalwear and closeout items are spelled out on our returns and exchanges policy. Start your request there and our team follows up by email with a prepaid label. Not sure of your size? Check the men’s suit size guide, or better yet get measured in person — a proper fitting at our downtown Kalamazoo suit and tuxedo store is the easiest way to avoid a return altogether. Email or text us any time and we will help you land the right size the first time.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

KCT Menswear — Order Cancellations & Changes Plans change, especially around weddings and prom. Contact us as early as you can and we will do everything we can to help.
  • Before your order ships: email KCTMenswear@gmail.com or call and text (269) 532-4852 with your order number and we will cancel it for a full refund at no cost to you.
  • After your order ships: the request becomes a return or exchange under the refund terms above and on our returns and exchanges page.
  • Made-to-order and custom tailored pieces: once cutting or alterations have begun the work cannot be undone, so a cancellation may no longer be possible. We will always tell you exactly where your order stands first.
  • Wedding parties and prom groups: sizes, colors and headcount can usually still be adjusted while the group is being assembled. Tell us your event date and we will map the deadlines backward from it.
