DR3D Living Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At DR3D Living, we want every customer to have a clear understanding of our cancellation, return, and exchange guidelines.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Because DR3D Living processes orders within 24 hours, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled according to the return and exchange terms below.

Returns

DR3D Living does not accept returns. All sales are final.

No returns will be accepted after 2 business days from the date the order is received.

Exchanges

Jewelry, apparel, and accessories are not eligible for returns. An exchange may be considered at the sole discretion of the owner of DR3D Living.

Customers requesting an exchange must contact DR3D Living within 2 business days of receiving the order. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to approval by the owner.

Items approved for exchange must be in their original condition and may not show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, contact DR3D Living within 2 business days of delivery.

Please provide your order information and photographs of the item and packaging. DR3D Living will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution at the owner's discretion.

DR3D Living reserves the right to make the final determination regarding cancellations and exchanges in accordance with this policy.
