Confections With Convictions is the only shop in Kalamazoo making chocolate confections using Fair-Trade, organic chocolate. We believe in making wholesome, delicious, high-quality confections utilizing organically grown, Fair-Trade and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Our founder and Head Chocolatier Dale Anderson has developed hundreds of recipes, flavors ranging from classic to unique. We have over 100 chocolate truffle and caramel options available daily, a wide selection of those are vegan and gluten free. We believe in environmental stewardship, not only in our choices of ingredients but also in our processes and packaging.

Our confections are hand-made in small batches by individuals who are overcoming barriers and making new beginnings. We know that providing meaningful work in a supportive, safe environment is life changing. We believe in the transformational power of good work and that every life transformed has a cascading positive impact on our community. Our goal with every one of our employees is to empower them to live their lives to the fullest so that they can in turn help others. We believe in working to make our business, community, and world more peaceful, just, joyful, and environmentally sustainable. It’s a true labor of love.
