Orders cancelled prior to the item(s) shipping will be refunded. In cases other than the item arriving damaged, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, solely at our discretion. In such cases, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Please get in touch to receive a return authorization code prior to shipping back items. Returned items must be received in new (unopened and undamaged) condition prior to any refund being processed.
